His expertise includes Human Rights, insurance, banking, finance, insolvency, planning law and professional standards. He is a former President of ACT Law Society and Chair of numerous Commitees. He is presently a Member of ACAT.

    Scott is the firm's CEO. In addition to running the practice he oversees the firm's Employment Law, Training and Consulting divisions. He has been a teacher at the ANU Legal Workshop for over a decade. He has spent some years as a lobbyist involved in IR policy, including government appointments to policy advisory groups.

    Shaun is a commercial lawyer with specialist expertise in the identification, protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights.

    He has been in-house Legal Counsel at the Australian Sports Commission, the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Corporation, the Melbourne stopover of the Volvo Ocean Race and Airservices Australia.  Shaun’s expertise includes advising on IT, construction and telecommunications procurement activities together with drafting and negotiating agreements to govern these transactions and advising on associated regulatory obligations.

    Shaun’s qualifications include Bachelor of Applied Science, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws (Intellectual Property) and Master of Business Administration (Sports Marketing and Management).  Shaun is also a Registered Trade Marks Attorney.

    Terry is an experienced and senior lawyer with over forty years knowledge, understanding and experience in private practice in the Australian Capital Territory. 

    Terry is a life member of the Housing Industry Association, a former councilor of the Law Society of the ACT and former Chairman of its Medico-Legal Committee. He was a founding director of Community Housing Canberra Ltd and was for many years a member of its audit and development committees. Terry is a director of Goodwin-Aged Care and has for eight years been an active member of its Development Committee charged with assessing the growth and re-development of its housing.
