Service Standards - Priority Clients
We offer our Priority Client Service to larger and institutional clients who need responsive legal services on a regular basis. The service is structured to make us part of your team, your Out-Sourced In-House Counsel. It is based upon the following principles.
Competence
We train our people to deal with the legal issues regularly faced by our Priority Clients.
Compatibility
We work closely with you to ensure everyone working on your matters understands your priorities and that we work seamlessly with your own systems, processes, and culture.
Continuity
We don't operate in silos of expertise. We train our team across a range of practice areas so that, except in exceptional circumstances, you are dealing with the same team for all your legal work and not being tossed from section to section.
Control
As a Priority Client you have a Practice Leader who is responsible for ensuring the quality of our service to you. You also have a Client Manager who works with the Practice Leader. They are your single point of contact. They are responsible for knowing what is happening on each of your matters, regardless of which practitioner is working on your file.
Contact
We meet regularly with our Priority Clients to catch up and ensure we are being proactive about helping clients to avoid problems and take advantage of opportunities.
