Complex problems can defy solutions. Often, you drown in information, opposing views, and internal conflict. We solve this problem through Decision Facilitation Workshops, using a technique called Argument Mapping from our Crystal Clear Thinking workshops. Even a half day workshop can provide:

• A clear understanding of the structure of the argument;
• A decision map that allows the decision to be visualized by all stakeholders; and
• A work program that identifies any areas where further evidence or work is needed to test the decision and the value of such work in terms of supporting the decision.
