Obtain an IRE Application Report
Chamberlains Law Firm is an approved auditor for Industrial Relations Employment (IRE) Application Reports from the ACT Government. An IRE Application Report is required to apply for an IRE Certificate from the ACT Government.
The process is easy and painless. The Application Report is for prequalification purposes only. Any serious auditing of your IR compliance occurs during the project audits conducted by the ACT Government.
Cost
The cost for completing a standard IR Application Report is $600 + GST ($300 + GST for Independent Contractors), which includes our fees for conducting necessary searches.
Chamberlains will provide you with:
- An IR Application Report
- A covering letter detailing any areas you may wish to review
- An invoice detailing each of the steps taken to audit your documents
Additional charges may apply if the information provided is inadequate and further information is required.
Timeframes
There is a 48 hour turn around for most applications.
What next?
1. Download the Contractors info sheet and Application for an IRE Certificate form from the Articles and Resources downloads section of this page (to the right) or directly from the ACT government’s procurement website, http://www.procurement.act.gov.au/prequalification/industrial_relations
2. Complete the application form and provide this, along with the required documentation to Chamberlains Law Firm.
