The Future of Law & Innovation in the Profession (FLIP) commission of inquiry is a thought leadership initiative of The Law Society of NSW.
The purpose of the FLIP Inquiry is to investigate the effect that new technology and ways of working have on the legal sector.
To do this, the FLIP commission is surveying the disrupted new legal landscape, hearing from a wide range of individuals with relevant insight and expertise in the field. The dubbed ‘Witnesses’ range from legal practitioners and allied professionals to users of legal services.
Chamberlains Director and Senior Lecturer at the ANU Legal Workshop, Scott Chamberlain, was a witness for the Legal Education, Information Systems and Training branch of the FLIP Inquiry.
You can listen to his evidence below.
